We had a very pleasant holiday stay at Gallery At. The hotel was clean, staff were welcoming and polite, and the rooms were spacious. Despite not being near the beach, it was within walking distance and the hotel provided a shuttle bus. The Japanese restaurant in the hotel and nearby local restaurants were also great. The breakfast was tasty, with changing options each day.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of foods to choose from. The swimming pool was a real highlight, well-maintained and offered plenty of loungers for sunbathers. The staff were very accommodating and helpful, and gave great suggestions for local sights and activities. The hotel was conveniently close to the town center and the beach, which made getting out and about a breeze.

The bathroom could have used a bit more cleaning attention, as we noticed a bit of mold on some of the rubber parts. The room was a bit noisy due to the location, as it was close to a busy street with some late-night activity.

We had a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just a short 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach where we enjoyed the fire show in the evenings. The service was top-notch, with room service and laundry available. The airport shuttle made it convenient for us to get to and from the hotel. We also loved the free shuttle service to the beach and pool facilities at the nearby hotel. The room itself was modern and comfortable, with a balcony and sitting area to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful suggestions for nearby attractions and transportation options. this place exceeded our expectations with its beachside location, excellent service, and comfortable accommodations.

The rooms were cool and clean, and the unexpected highlight was the swimming pool and bar. The staff was extremely helpful, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that we could use the swimming pools and beach chairs at The Emerald Cove beachfront hotel for free. it was a great place for the value, highly recommended.

For families, my children wanted a more diverse breakfast and stronger water pressure, especially in the hot water.

The Koh Chang Ferry Terminal is just a short ride away on the area shuttle, making it easy for us to explore nearby destinations. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The room was clean and cozy, providing a relaxing retreat for our family. We especially enjoyed the outdoor pool and relaxation area, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The location of the hotel was convenient, with cafes and supermarkets within walking distance. it was a great experience for us as a family.

In my wife's opinion, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated kids' play area.

The hotel on the island was exactly what we were looking for - close to the beach with plenty of restaurants and entertainment. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with daily towel changes and replenishments. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was magnificent, with a variety of options including fresh food. The large swimming pool added an extra touch of luxury.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main road and close to the beach, which made it easy to explore the area. The hotel could have been better maintained as some areas were starting to show wear and tear. The air conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

I recently stayed at The Gallery in Koh Chang for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The room was impeccably clean and new, and the hotel staff, especially Link at reception, were extremely friendly and helpful. Link spoke excellent English and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. The hotel is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from delicious Thai street food options. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offers access to the nearby Emerald Hotel's beach and facilities, which was a nice bonus. the hotel offered excellent value for the price.
